

LUCILLE VAN DELDEN - GENERAL MANAGER _
Lucille comes to London from South Africa after emigrating here in 1998.
She learnt her trade in the cosmopolitan city Cape Town where she spent her time at the Blues Restaurant in Camps Bay.
Lucille then continued on her journey in catering after arriving in London at Launceston Place in Gloucester Road. In 2004 she joined Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's and then worked at Maze Restaurant.
After returning to London from an extended stay in Cape Town Lucille recently joined the team at Tom Aikens.
